Share your work!

We encourage everyone, regardless of writing level, to enter this contest! We recognize that mental health and substance use related topics are often heavily stigmatized and that you may not feel comfortable sharing personal thoughts on this. This contest is meant to be a safe space for all. It is meant to encourage you to put your thoughts on paper and feel empowered to share your own journey. Take a step out of your comfort zone and allow this to be a way for you to express yourself.
